Hey guys! Here is an upper body workout for you to try at home. The only equipment you will need is a resistance band, set of dumbbells, a bench or couch, and a stability ball (optional). The exercises are as follows:
1) Cable high row
2) Single arm bent over dumbbell row
3) Dumbbell chest press on stability ball
4) Couch dips (I added textbooks for weight)
5) Incline dumbbell triceps extensions
Perform 3 sets of 10-12 reps!
