Training, Rates and Initial Consultation
Hi - I'm Bonnie McGinn, a personal fitness trainer with more than 10 years of personal training experience and nutrition coaching with all ages and fitness levels. I specialize in women's fitness, muscle building, fat burning, post-injury corrective exercise and nutrition guidance. I offer 1-on-1 60 minute training sessions that are always engaging and keep your muscles guessing to get you the results you need.
Individual Session Rate:

One-on-one Package Pricing:

8 sessions $720 ($90/session)

12 sessions $1020 ($85/session)

16 sessions $1280 ($80/session)
Buddy Training (2 clients):

$110 per session split ($55 ea.)
All sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place at a private fitness facility in St. Petersburg, FL. Packages include custom programming and macros tracking. Integration of nutrition tracking with personal training provides a holistic approach to fitness.
Free Consultation: What to Expect
I offer a free consultation to all new prospective clients, designed to understand your needs and set you up for success. Here’s what you can expect during our 30 minute session:
1. Goal Assessment
We’ll start by discussing your fitness and wellness goals—whether it’s weight loss, strength building, increased mobility, or overall health improvement. Understanding your "why" helps me create a plan tailored to you.
2. Health & Exercise History
I’ll ask about your past experiences with exercise, any previous injuries or medical conditions (such as back pain or sciatica), and any obstacles that may have prevented you from reaching your goals in the past. This helps ensure we design a program that’s both safe and effective for you.
3. Movement & Fitness Assessment (Optional, Based on Comfort Level)
If you’re comfortable, we’ll do a brief movement assessment to check mobility, balance, and strength. This helps identify any areas of improvement and ensures we build a program suited to your body’s needs.
4. Lifestyle & Nutrition Discussion
Fitness isn’t just about workouts—it’s about overall well-being. We’ll discuss your daily activity level, stress management, sleep habits, and nutrition to see how we can create a well-rounded approach to your health.
5. Program Overview & Next Steps
Based on our discussion, I’ll outline a personalized training plan and the different package options available. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one training, small group sessions, or add-ons like nutrition guidance, we’ll find the best fit for you.
