Stretching is more than flexibility — it’s about how your body feels and functions in daily life. I now offer hands-on Stretch Therapy sessions to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from both training and everyday stress.
As a Certified Stretch Therapist, I guide your body through assisted stretches while you relax. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and movement patterns, making it ideal if you feel tight, stiff, sore, or limited in your range of motion.
